responsive staff

The location is perfect, just steps from the main square. Our room was fine and clean with a beautiful view of the Duomo. The staff was super responsive. Breakfast had delicious options, and we loved the rooftop views 😊

Ideal and amazing venue, EXCELLENT location short walk to the city centre as well as the two onsite restaurants, appreciated our stay. Most of the staffs were very attentive.

Although everything was really good, some of the staff were not so helpful.

Place was ideal and amazing, truly enjoyed the stay.

The room was spotlessly clean and brand-new, offered a mini-fridge-bar, air conditioning, and an individual safe. Amazing location, we were right at centre of the city. The fact that Duomo tube station was some 5 minutes away was a plus.

The rooftop offers excellent views that make for a lively atmosphere. The internet connection is quick and reliable, perfect after a long day of roaming the streets.

Noise at night from nearby clubs and restaurants made it tough to get quality sleep-definitely not ideal if you're planning on catching up on your Z's. The beautiful room felt smaller compared to others I've been in, and the pillows had a way of disappearing under your head with their thinness.
